Carmen Teo is the Founder and Director of Mindfulness and Compassion Training Programs. She is a professional mindfulness trainer who received training from reputable international institutions to deliver training programs for various populations.
She founded Mindful Insights in 2015 with the intention to empower individuals, leaders, and organizations to realize their true potential and to collectively help the world become a better place to live in, through the practice of mindfulness and compassion.
Since 2015, Carmen has delivered mindfulness talks and workshops to thousands, and journeyed with hundreds in longer multi-week mindfulness programs. In addition, she also trains and mentors in-house mindfulness facilitators in organizations.
